The evenings are getting pretty chilly now - it might even get down to frost if it keeps like this.

Anyone know how to cure a killer headache? I really want to avoid taking an Advil right now, I don't want to rely too much on medicine and get addicted to Advil (it's my go-to painkiller and I've already taken 4 tablets this week)

I hope your head ache went away - often it can be dehydration so try drinking warm water or some electrolyte drink like gatorade or power ade. sometimes head aches are related to stuffy sinuses or tooth nerve pain. Advil really isn't addicting, inflammatories (advil/tylenol) can just be sensitive on the tummy or the kidneys/liver if taken for extended amount of time or volume, Usually 500 mg will do it but it takes about 30 minutes for it to kick in. Try to figure out what the cause is from and if you take an over the counter med then make sure you drink a full glass of water with it so the pill goes all the way down and doesn't just sit in your throat (that can cause a problem with irritation).
