Lauren is a nickname. My full official name is Laurentia and, for some weird reason, my parents decided to shorten it to Laura.
That worked until I got in class with 2 other Laura's, my cousin got a girlfriend named and my brother also came home with a Laura. -.-

Also holy crap! That's nuts. My name is Gloria, haha. So I've never had that problem. The worst I've had, is having a "Victoria" in my class, so when the teacher calls one of our names, it was like "Wait me, or me?" But it was only one or two years in my life that happened.

Really? Lol. I think they're strictly a Canadian company, but I wasn't sure. I loove them, haha. They were all I used as a kid. They rival Crayola here. Or did, anyways. Not so much anymore.
