Nope cause we leave in the tropics. We only have wet and dry climates. Well dry in the sense that it's hot. It's always humid here. lol

hmmm maybe I would prefer dry cold over wet humid, now I have to think about it.

I don't think I mind wet humid. Hot humid is the worst though. I literally don't like to move anymore.

that's what I meant - hot wet humid, you feel like your skin can't breathe and you can't cool down, so clammy

Yes. If you love in the capital and you're only staying at home with no air conditioning, you'd have to take a bath a couple times per day just so you don't feel disgusting.

does a dehumidifier help over there?

I think people would rather just purchase an airconditioning unit or a fan?

It's not common for people to buy dehumidifiers here for personal purposes

but...but... a dehumidifier sucks so much moisture out of the air it is incredible! I would never have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes! I think it is the next step for a water supply in a drought

you can get ones that don't! I water my plants with the water from ours.

Well we don't really need one in this house. We have a rainwater collection tank already so that's enough for the plants.

It just helps take moisture out of the air and that helps clear the windows - although when it is hot all the time, do your windows get foggy and mildew?

Nope, not really. Instead of fog, there's just dust. Lots of dust.

they should make a dedustifier ! Does it get so dusty you have to wear masks sometimes?

Not here. That usually happens in Malaysia, Indonesia, and China, I believe. The Philippines is generally clean though. Unless you live in the capital/beside a construction site.

When I said there's a lot of dust, it's pretty much dust buildup from your everyday dust particles. Haha
