glad you unburied this thread Gizzie - do you add anything special in your meatloaf? I had a coworker that cooked their meatloaf with a whole egg in the center. Never seen that before.

That's odd...... Mine I stir the egg up in it




I sometimes add bell peppers in it or rotel, one time I aded mushrooms, and I usually put BBQ sauce in the ketchup top sauce because its yummy oh and instead of breadcrumbs I use crushed herb flavor croutons

oh crushed herb croutons would give it more flavor for sure. I'll have to remember that next time. yeah, i mix the raw egg in the meat to help hold it together but hers had an actual boiled egg in the center of it.
