oh yummy! What kind of muffins were they? Sometimes I make meat muffins - which are basically meatloaf baked in the muffin tins (it actually cooks way fast and tastes just as good to me).

We have blueberry and chocolate chip.
The muffin tin was soaking in plain water so I stuck it in the dish washer.

I like to use cupcake liners for muffins so the pan cleans up easier.
