haha! (hearty laugh) thank you, Akuyi! I just like to chat (and sometimes ramble on). My Teacher's in elementary school always had to "redirect " me because when I was finished my work I would start talking to my classmates

( sometimes, well often, I was actually trying to help them with their work - although the Teacher's would say for me to let them do it themselves. Actually,on reflection, that is something I still do and probably should remind myself to actually let people/co-workers do it themselves. Because what I may think is helpful is actually sometimes annoying to others and if they don't ask for my help should I be jumping in without asking them if they need help? Probably why my co-worker sometimes tells me "I've got this" when I jump in to help her just because she may not be doing it the way I would.) Wow, that was some " good food for thought"... sometimes reflective tangents can be good! I'll let you know how I progress at work with it this week.
