Nope. Our weather during the months of December to February is quite chilly because of the Northeast Monsoon blowing from Siberia and China

Actually, the Philippines is very far from Siberia and China. We were just lucky enough that the cold winds blowing from that frigid regions are reaching down as far as my country. The temps aren't that super icy though
