I don't have really bad dreams but they get annoying and i think they're the reason i'm not getting enough sleep.

Alicat, it sounds like you aren't sleeping soundly enough or getting interrupted in your sleep cycle so that you remember dreaming. I forget what the sleep app is you use on your phone to figure out what time you need to get up and it will tell you when to go to sleep to get the best sleep.

speaking of sleep...I'm ready for a nap.
