Am off to eat a snack and then watch Hawaii 5-0 although I have become increasingly disappointed with the show. I think Dr. Who is tomorrow. Started watching the new Star trek Picard seven of nice was probably the best episode so far.

I had a bad night. Was feeling sick so I didn't even finish an aisle and then they sent me home

I had a headache a little, but mostly it was just nausea.

sometimes that can be dehydration...one reason might be that since you work nights, your "day" is all messed up and you may need to drink water, or an electrolyte drink on a regular bases.
