thanks Alicat! It is some type of virus - or catching one virus after another- but it just seems to be lingering and from what I hear from other people they are going through the same thing. But then it makes me wonder with different food recalls , if it isn't something we are eating (as in ecoli etc)

I took a nap and feel some what better - had some lemon/ginger/honey tea. Bones are achy but my temp is back down to 98.8 for now so that's good. I like when you are sick for a few days and then its gone. ugh.

Am trying to remember to drink a glass of water at night (so stay hydrated) and a glass of water when I wake up (to replenish) not just need to work on getting to bed earlier and getting some decent sleep rather then napping.
