I'm sorry you got sick at work npixelz! Sometimes a combination of certain foods and anxiety makes me throw up. Or do you think you had heat stroke?

I think it was the heat. I wasn't anxious and I ate normal food. Plus before throwing up I was sweating a lot, was out of breath a lot, and was starting to get a headache. This last shift though was excellent!

Glad you had a good shift! Watch the symptoms just in case. Do you get to have a water bottle with you so you don't get dehydrated or over heated?

Yeah, I have a water bottle. I've been bringing it to work since right after the day I threw up, and I think it's been helping. Only drawback is I have to pee a lot. But it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
