Reading American food labels. Aspartame is in everything, and it gives you cancer. It ruins your body Ina lot of ways and it's all done for the sake of saying low calorie even though if people ate healthy diets the calories wouldn't matter much anyway.

I try and avoid aspartame as much as I can


and then there's my 70 year old grandmother

vvho probably drinks a 2 litre of diet coke a day

and almost nothing else

and eats unhealthily

and smokes more than a vvood stove's chimney in the dead of vvinter.. =x=;

I'm currently on a diet, but I know those things aren't always the best.

she's on the road to it because she never does anything but sit, smoke, drink her coke and read romance novels. she doesn't even really leave my uncle's apartment. it irks me because then she complains to me about me not 'doing much' vvhen i'm actually attempting to be healthy n' shit ;A;
