I spent this week focusing on playing with my pets so that a few of them would grow. If you sity there are play with them until the bar fills up and then come back later and do it again then it happens...eventually. But I give my pets and immortality potion as soon as they hatch and then i've started locking in the stages now for the ones I don't want to grow anymore.
