I like the taste of popcorn but I don't like the little popcorn thingies that get stuck in your teeth and gums and in your throat.

Hi sorry not been very active last few days.
Been feeling very tired and sick :worry:

Started a non meat diet and been feeling withdrawal symptoms. Feeling good now the toxins are gone. Amazing feeling now I’ve got past the first few days.

Viruses going on all around. Just be careful you are getting the proteins you need. I can't do dairy as a replacement because cheese doesn't agree with me. I eat lean meats and don't eat a lot of meat but confess I'm not sure if I could go cold turkey and stop completely. I might try sometime though to see if it makes a difference.

When i actually thought about the amount of meat of any type i ate everyday it’s shocking. Not saying its bad...I don’t even know. But its about balance diet. Definitely feel better for it.

I’m making sure its not an extreme change for my body.

I agree i dont think i could ever not eat meat....dont know how people do it...i guess you get used to it..after a while...

I do like eating carbs but I have been really good about reducing them and feeling much better for it...plus lost a lot of weight for me from cutting way back and also reducing my fat intake ( from dairy and by eating lean meats).
