Not too bad fortunately...a little coughing but I tried to take sips of water to keep the throat moist and it seemed to help...I'm afraid to try throat spray since I don't react to drugs very well.

I am having second thoughts on the benefits of the flu vaccine...normally I think of it as their best guess so why bother but after this last flu I'm thinking it might be worth the shot ...

i think, technically, it is their best guess, but that's also like the weather? Not much is 100% certain.

i think the flu shot is less weird than throat sprays, but if you react to drugs, please talk to your doctor before getting a shot.
