[Novalia 2021] Office Party

Happy holidays!

This year, there's lots in store to celebrate the Novalian season!

Your office is setting up some activities to say "we appreciate you!" Even better, they're getting started a little early! There will be fun prizes available every day of Novalia, so be sure to stop by the front desk and claim them! Before and during that time, you'll be able to participate in a white-elephant style gift exchange! There's an office-wide Ugly Sweater contest going on, so be sure to sign up and show off your outfit! The results will be announced at the end of the year.

The office is having an Ugly (or not so ugly) sweater contest!
Submissions will be judged on two categories:

• Ugliest
• Most Festive

Each category will have one winning design.

The Grand Prize!!!!:

The office has worked out a deal with Tippsberg Express! Your sweater will be put into production and made available for all of January!
We will purchase and gift you two sweaters- One for you and one for a friend (or 2 sweaters just for you, we won't judge!)

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Dec 27th

All dates are End of Day, 11:59:59 WST


Limitations
Submissions must:

• Be sweater designs (some kind of top). You can't just grab the first thing you see on your desk and call it a sweater, just because you forgot.
• Be workplace appropriate
• Not contain text
• Be in before 11:59:59 PM WST Dec 27th!!

Please limit your submissions to your top 1-3 favourites in each category.


How do you participate?

1. Get the base
2. Design your sweater. You can print it out and draw on it, or draw digitally, either works!
   Note: If you draw on a print out, please make sure your scan or photograph shows off your work!
3. Once you're done, head over to the Art Contest submission page
4. Select "Ugly Sweater Contest" from the dropdown
5. Indicate whether you are submitting an Ugly Sweater or a Festive Sweater
6. Upload your design and hit submit!

That's it!
The front desk will receive your submission and you'll be alerted when they process it.

The office is holding a White Elephant Gift Exchange!

How To Play

• Go to the event location
• Add gifts to the pile and get one draw per item
• murmurlade will lovingly wrap all your gifts
• Look through the pile and click on the gift that calls to you

At the end of the party, you'll be sent home with any unclaimed gifts you contributed.

Rules

• You must give a gift to get a gift
• You cannot take your own gift out of the pile while the party is going
• You cannot steal anyone else's gift after it's been drawn, you can only take from the pile

Party ends 11:59:59 Dec 31st!

To complete the ramp-up activities, reception is doing a daily check in. Pop over to the table from the 22nd to the 31st and receive a stamp and a themed gift every day!

Check in all the days of Novalia to win an extra prize!
