we will probably see that event soon though!
Theres a lot of regulations around Gacha and Loot Box games, since they easily can be hidden gambling activities. There's actually laws around how upfront you have to be about costs and probability. Complete sheets are a fun solution, I think! Plus you can get a bonus item and that is always nice!
a game that most the players from ck used to play called TinierMe used to do complete sheets with gachas but it cost real money and those items were extremely rare as the chance of completing a sheet was very low and expensive. the game eventually shutdown in like 2012 i think. This is the first time I've gotten to do a complete sheet event and I really like it. Thank you for your hard work!
Honestly that's the most popular method of cosmetic distribution I've seen in almost any game, apart from sites like Windlyn, we've got MMOs and even Cookie Run... I'm super glad that the pity system is becoming a thing nowadays because imagining spending so much money and not getting what you wanted in the end
From the dev's perspective it's the best way to earn a lot of money from the few people willing to take risks but personally it really turns me away from spending any money at all. I've seen gachas that only disclose the rarest items and im like why? I'd also pull for cute common items too! Anyways, I agree that the complete sheet is like my favourite thing! (even if it is gacha)
