Heya! There seems to be a cool down period between assists, where the buttons disappear for a few seconds, then re-randomize. If you opened multiple tabs to assist in quick succession, you're much more likely to get an 'overeager' message. The 'tired' error probably happens when you accidentally assist the same person at the same time, or send out two assists at the same time.

If you are having trouble claiming your power gem items one at a time here is a quick fix:

Click on redeem & after the OK button pops up, click on it & then quickly click on another item to redeem.
Then ok, redeem, ok redeem...
Should allow you to get multiple items at once. Otherwise it takes FOREVER.
