So you can only get 1 prize every 8 hours or 2 prizes (1 from each sister) every 8 hours? The whole "you can get a prize from _____ every 8 hours" and I assumed I can do a quest for each once every 8 hours.

The cool downs are for each individual npc, so you can quest for aurora and eventide (both). They give different items and require different supplies!

Gremmy got lucky after a few rounds of the starry shaw stuff and I didn't give those up then I got a TWO of the same color celestial vest one and I only have ONE of each vest so I had to cancel that too became I can't give TWO of the same color......
