Haha that's what I get for not seeing the lights were not on - but at least I got something!

it seems the feather amounts are different as I've only seen it as 19 feathers lol

The commemorative wings hallows are in this event! The message you get for them says “All your walking really paid off. At the top of a big hill, you expected to find some king sized candy bars- but you got some Commemorative wings instead!!”

Every time you've tried? People have had problems with the first trick-or-treat, but the rest after seem to work.
