i mean like, its meant to be our own work, regardless of our drawing skills

I'm more interested in getting items i like added than the contest itself and friends are a resource one have.
And as you say it, it isnt the skills that matter it is ones own work.
And thus if i explain the item to a friend and that one can make an accurate representation when i can't, i do consider it to be partly my work.

I don't know if it would be allowed Myst. Personally I wouldn't do it since to me it wouldn't be my work. If my hands don't draw it then it's someone else's work. It would be one thing if it was a Story contest and I went in with Turtle as a joint effort. Then I could see them allowing it but if it's just me with asking her to do the work without her getting credit where it's due. Seems like I'm slapping my friend in the face and I wouldn't do that to Turtle or any friend I have. That's just my personal feeling on it but it's really up to Diana and Lime what they will allow.

I don't particularly see why you couldn't have someone draw it for you, like if you don't have the tools or just feel like they could get your point across better.

I'm going to sat no on that. We're interested in your ideal and designs, not the execution. You're welcome to submit descriptions of your item or anything else you need to get your idea across, but please draw it yourself.
But if you want your friends to design some items, have them join up! C:

Haha thank you! Things have been crazy stressful lately, so I've been trying to manage the best I can. But I've had really bad internet problems too, so it's been hectic. Thank you though! I really appreciate it. Virtual food is lovely, too!

I do what I can and trust me I too understand the stress of life and avie site duties. Years ago I used to run the myspace page for a website but wasn't never made staff of it. I had a part time job and other duties in my life. So I know you can't always keep up with things but trying to is the best you can do. ^^

I uh, got a question. Is there a limit on how many items you can design? Because I have quite a few ideas.

No there was no limit i think it said?
But each item count as a separate entry and has to be on a different base or something like that?
