Dream: I have been not sleeping well either but I think it is because I haven't been feeling well and then have to get up so early.

What are you sick with? Usually when you're sick you can get tired easily. I hope you do feel better soon!
Every chance I get to fall into a deep sleep I appreciate it. I don't go to the doctors all the time but I do know I have insomnia, I've experienced no sleep or very little sleep and not going back to sleep. I'm guessing I'm very anxious and I try not to think so much. I sometimes put icy hot on my forehead and back which sometimes works lol..
