I meant the actual Pengwing character...like my Lady P. in the bathing suit. I also have Lady P in the pearls or other outfits from last summers event.

I don't think we can trade the water gun items...but someone on Jrs team is sure to get you and you will build up enough water droplets to buy the summer showdown water related items.
