So we're chilling in the break room. Nothing running except emergency lights
First shift got about an hour and a half of chilling, we're an hour ten in ourselves
The one machine in my area has a sign that say to leave it on. It's gonna be a PAIN to get back up and I think my one coworker is assigned it rip

Not a clue. National Grid says recovery time is anywhere from now to 2045, which is after second break

i forget how long our emergency power lasts at work but i recall one time the batteries in them died! Luckily had personal lanterns to use.

So about ten after ten, power came back
Which means about 7 hours of no power
It was a complete mess, and since EVERYONE around us had power, that made things even wilder. Several people used time to leave early

They had three lines running, so three lines to fix, reboot, heat, and purge. They didn't even manage one. My area didn't get much done, and with the computers down and needing the programs rebooted, we couldn't look stuff up, which made things even more annoying
