I did and I got the brown sweater plus star it cost me NOTHING

I WAS HOPING... I was getting wings and it glitches like that because wings were just added but nope sweater

I will look into it. My guess is your internet connection was not strong enough to generate all the quest details in one go.
Wings were not just added, they've been there the whole time!
