Pi day!

Someone brought pie into work on Thursday and said it was pie day- I had to do a double take it wasn't actually pi day, and I had deprived you all of math! :o

I've only been around a few weeks so i'm not sure what the pi day event is here :'D

PI day is 3/14 and we generally have the opportunity to purchase the "pi" shaped pie! Cherry or apple!

At the local schools the science classes sometimes get to have real pie for "pi" day.

We have items that are only available seasonally in the Lazarus shop so that is always something to look forward to.

I got real pie in math class when I was in middle school.
The pie was fantastic and some were homemade by the parents.
My favorite was the chocolate French silk. Yum.
