Why is it caps sensitive anyway

I think this is the built in search engine and found it's actually quite powerful now that I've explored it a bit more. The minimum character limit and caps specificity reduces processor/server resources, and in turn, pages of results that may not be useful.

As long as you know it's cap sensitive, I don't find it a problem--I like having control and since there's no ignore caps option.

Some search options that you may or may not know about are:

There is an Advanced Search page that's accessible after you do a search on the search results page down at the bottom that says "Return to advanced search" (viewing Unread Posts, etc. counts are search results).

Search uses Wildcards! ***But there seems to be a bug it only returns the first 13 results if you use a wildcard on the first letter

Depending on which results page you're on, you can search within search results or within the currently displayed thread
