I was confuzzled and surprised at the new items, but also pleased, although that means the chances of getting wings are lower

the chances of getting wings are the same! we double checked~
the new items have the same rarity as all the other common items so the wings still have the same drop rate ^^ you just have a lower chance of getting everything else haha

Usually in games you have tiers instead of % for each single item, so it makes sense that the wings still have the same drop rate.
