The Flower Market is back! For two weeks, the streets of Windlyn will be blocked off and all kinds of vendors will be setting up shop. Each seller has some traditionally favourable items that celebrate the lunar new year, and hopefully, will bring you luck in the year to come.

Pedestrians come from all over Windlyn to see the traveling faire, and you're no exception!

But all these stalls can be overwhelming! You want everything, but only have so much money! Not to worry. The stall keepers are willing to buy some of your goods, and are willing to even pay a good price depending on their own stock. If you get tired walking between stalls, there's lots of areas for you to sit and enjoy your spoils, resting your feet until you're ready to go on.

Just for playing, there's all kinds of prizes available for you to redeem. Breach the point threshold on each reward to claim it! Prizes reset daily so if you keep playing, you can get duplicates.

How To Play

Visit the Flower Market to get started, you've budgeted for starting with 100 funds every day.

Your unused funds and the value of all the items in your backpack are added up to make your points. These points are used to redeem prizes.

The market and all the rewards you can claim reset every day at midnight WST.



Traveling
Spend one move point to move to a stall and browse their wares.

Spent all your move points already? Take a break! Move points passively refresh every 30 minutes. Or you can opt to fully refresh your energy stores right away once they've depleted. Thanks coffee!



Buying
Buy items by dragging them from a shop to your backpack and saving the arrangement once you like it.

Be careful what you pick! You can only carry so much!

Each item has a base value. Shops indicate the variance from the base value with arrows to help you understand the market. If they have an up arrow, it costs more than usual! Be wary when buying these and see if you can increase your profits.



Selling
Don't want an item anymore? Need more room? See a good price?

See the "Sell" tab on the stall you're at to see what they're willing to buy it for. Drag the item from your inventory to the sell box. The keeper will offer you a payment for items you already own. Just complete the deal to earn your funds. Sometimes selling something you have helps you make room for a bigger purchase you're trying to make.

Like in their stock, shopkeepers show arrows to indicate what they're willing to buy relative to the base value. Sometimes they really need something! Help them out, and increase your own pocket change by selling items with up arrows.



Shop Stock
Shops take inventory every 2 hours, and prices and inventory change! Even if you think you've seen one shop, it might have something different next time you look!

OMG I forgot to SAVE my back pack before moving to the next stall ... so make sure you SAVE what you have purchased.

Right now I found a deal with buying salted eggs on purple at 17 >sell at green for 23
then buy lotus paste for 3 on green & go back to purple & sell for 5
load up on salted eggs on purple again & go back to green (if you have enough moves left!)

Back again after a little break, and I don't think I fully understand how this works. o-o

You get 3 moves to start with. You can buy more or wait for more (30 minutes I think?)

At midnight it refreshes & you start all over.

I write down what a stall offers when I visit it so I can try to figure out the best deals but usually a down arrow is an indication to buy that item & sell it somewhere else.

First I press the sell button to see what they are offering, then I try to figure out what to buy.
As you buy & sell the amount you can get will increase.

Salted egg is usually a good one to get if you can buy it for 17 or less. If I am out of moves and at a stall that say is selling them for 10 each I will load up on them, save it, and wait until I have more moves, in case the flower stall changes their rates I check that stalls new prices before I move again because I can always resell it to them without using a move.

You can claim items at any time but always check daily before midnight because it starts over and you will miss the opportunity for extra items.

On RED I bought steamed buns for 3 & Hong Boa for 7
sold them on PURPLE for 5 (SB) and 13 (HB)

But buying on purple is too expensive!

I just bought LIon dance on Green for 50 & Pinwheel for 6 & sold them on Red for 115 for lion dance and 10 for pinwheel.

Anyone know when the flower stalls change their inventory again? soon?

I can’t remember correctly but do the points and scores we gain from selling each day reset or do we still keep both?

I thin until noon: (if it changes every 2 hours)
When on red buy the lion dance for 55 and go to Blue and sell for 85
Then buy the salted egg for 7 on blue
go back to red to sell the salted egg for 35

You can buy 3 moves for 15 wings. You get 15 wings each day in the claim area if you make enough sales.

Ashton: Your Rank scores get added to for a running total ( You are WAY in the lead right now!) but everything else resets at midnight PST and you start back with 100 currency and a chance to get all the items again.
