If you go shop and then to the one with the martini glass the boxes appear on the top left. you buy them for three feathers and then gift them to others

you can still gift the boxes! The event ends feb 21st. there are balloons, bows, roses for your mouth, brooches, roses to hold, different colored ties, the ink pen border (which I love). I will send you more boxes.
