I could do with some Japanese fried rice. For some reason the flavor & presentation of the dish is heartier then the Chinese fried rice.

I had a rice dish with chicken and mixed veggies for breakfast.
(Which is rare - because every meal is usually plain rice plus a dish, not just rice as one dish by itself)
