That's a fancy breakfast! Usually I'd have cereal or porridge!

Though I guess my breakfast is fancy nowadays since my breakfast is my family's dinner

It was made of last night's leftover rice, last night's leftover chicken, eggs, and a bag of frozen assorted veggies.

I used to eat cereal for breakfast, but it left me hungry hours before lunch, so I started having fuller breakfasts.

I think it would have been better to cook the veggies instead of eating them frozen! ;)

I wasn't too hungry at lunch and used to not finish my dinner because of being too full

I cooked up some chicken apple sausage someone gave me from Costco & I can actually eat it okay without getting really sick ... normally sausage is too greasy & too something that I throw it up.

My coconut milk pudding came out great & so smooth! I am so glad the recipe told me to mix all the ingredients until smooth before putting it on the stove to cook. Seemed to make a big difference! Plus I stirred constantly as well.

Man, those sausages sound good. I can't remember if I've ever tried that kind before. I saw reel on Instagram of someone making homemade seafood sausages. I'm curious to try seafood sausages someday, but I'm worried they won't taste that great.

Also, the coconut pudding sounds delicious. I'm glad it turned out great. :3

I tried Tim Horton's maple waffle breakfast sandwich a few weeks ago and I loved it. This topic is making me crave it and every breakfast food imaginable.
