do you have toaster ovens where you are Ryvvi? In some ways they are better than an oven. You can bake cookies in them, reheat pizza, toast bagels.... they are not very expensive and don't take up much counter space.

i balance my plates on the edge of my sink because theres no where else to put them xD

Ryvvi, do you have floor space? The wonderful thing about toaster ovens is that you can use them anywhere you have an outlet. (Just don't use them to cook under the bed.... get a wooden cutting board and use that as a counter if you need to). Unplug the toaster oven when you are done using it.(Then you can store it under the bed).

I don't like the thought of toaster ovens.... They do things far too quickly... I'd rather just use the oven and be sure that things are cooked. I was just having this conversation on Monday with one of our clients. She agrees with me.
