We had lightly fried gingery, soy, teriayki-y pork and pasta last night. Mmmm. Lotsa red pepper too, so decent spice.

Rn I'm enjoying coffee. It's been a few weeks since my last cup, so this is extra niiice. Cinnamon and cocoa heavy with some cloves, nutmeg, and some allspice and honey. Mmmm.

Lemon Cheesecake; We used fettuccine noodles.

It was really good, and I'm personally a big fan of Peet's! They seem to be able to roast real dark beans without burning them imo. I hope you like it!

For lunch I'm eating my leftover half of a giant burger and some cheese fries with chips. Nom.
