That is a legitimate concern for anyone, Npix... but there are ways to reduce the carbs & sugar & still enjoy things enough to feel like you got your fix or to feel like you aren't doing without.

Tell me what you like & I can probably find a way for you to enjoy it at less health cost.

I had a really good clam chowder at a local restaurant today. I'm not one to eat clams but these were not sandy or chewy like some can be.
