My grandma gave me the meat and ingredients to make a beef roast and I'm looking forward to making it. I've never made one before.

How did the roast come out?

I use a meat thermometer, helps A LOT so I don't over cook the meat. They are not very expensive.

I like to use left over roast for stew or soup. Or warm it up with gravy.
