I rarely go home, lol.
My dad won't let me.
Then again, we're an hour away.
I only go home when I have to because of dorms closing.

I don't know what to think about that ramen. On one hand it does look kinda good, on the other hand I'm totally sick of ramen.

yes, ramen is a college staple but the package stuff doesn't come with the veggies etc ( well, I guess cup of soup kind of does)

I had this pizza soup stuff and I wanted pasta so that I could put it on there like it suggested on the can. I could've just put it on the ramen.

Our University Caf was AWFUL! AWFUL I TELLYOU.
We just got creative with our stuff.
*walks up to a meat and potatoes line and hands them a bowl*
Can I have just mashed potatoes please?
*goes to other lines and gathers other supplies like corn in one, cheese in another, chicken strips in yet another, gravy somewhere else...*
It works!! My absolute favorite would be to get a tortilla from the sandwich area, get rice from the Tex-mex area, lettuce and veggies from the salad bar, and meat from anywhere that didn't look too mysterious.
Also, I learned pretty quickly that if there is an event on campus that offers free food, go. You don't even have to participate. Get that dang hot dog and go back to your room. XD

Apparently that took too much planning and effort at my school. :lol:

And no matter where you sat, you would leave smelling like sauteed onions and bell peppers.
even if they weren't cooked that day. O_O
