What is everyone craving right now?

I don't care if I'm in a rush, if I've touched stuff in the store and am offered food (which happens if candy bags or boxes get damaged) I whip out my hand sanitizer
Also I peel them, that's half the fun!


I'd say coffee is between clearing your throat and wheezing, whereas espresso gets rid of depresso, or do I've heard! (internet joke with espresso there)

I'm craving being actually good at singing

Based on the type of grind and less water being used, espresso is more concentrated than coffee. Then there's ristretto espresso shots that use even less water, and some customers have said it tastes sweeter. o-o

I guess I've been having frugal American expressos--expresso coffee beans/blend made in a drip coffee machine (don't have an expresso machine and can't justify/afford real Starbucks regularly).

As for cravings, I'm not really craving anything right now except comfort. It might be time for chocolate lol.

That's a good question. o-o This is from an article I just found:

"What deficiency causes cheese or dairy cravings?
If you find yourself constantly craving cheese or other dairy products, there’s a significant chance that you’re suffering from hypocalcemia or calcium deficiency."

Another article mentioned the craving could come from being deficient in vitamin D.

Our bodies are amazing that it craves what it needs. Totally makes evolutionary sense. My problem is bombard it with so much stuff it's hard to hear the tiny voice inside "you need this" instead.
