I ate a couple hours ago and i dont normally get hungry so quick but an hour or two later i wound up hungry again. this is going to be annoying today.

That's not good. Though that happens often to me. I eat dinner, can't finish it, then get hungry a couple of hours later.

eat small amounts throughout the day if you can. My problem is that when I'm hungry I want to eat so much and then I regret it later.
