It's a rather silly thing, but I have longed to be a girl temporarily since I was little
I want to be able to dress in cute clothes without being told I'm weird for it
I have this little fantasy of me, as a girl, going onna shopping date with a guy friend, possibly even boyfriend, and trying on cute clothes while showing them off to him, you know, the typical shopping date scene you'd see in anime
I guess that's why I've always picked the girl option in games where you can choose your gender, and why, on avatar sites like this, I've pretended to be female and mostly used female oriented avatar items

It's the sort of scene you see in anime and manga; a boy and girl meet up, dating or not, and she brings him to her favorite clothing stores and the like, she changes and shows him each look, and he gets embarrassed and whatnot seeing how cute she looks

Sounds like a cute date! Though in reality, this sounds like one of those things you'd have to ask your partner (or give them a heads up about the plan) beforehand, instead of expecting it to happen spontaneously. On the plus side, that means you could ask them what kind of clothes they'd like to see you wear, and you could temporarily indulge that.

I really hope you'll have the freedom to express yourself someday. I've had a date similar to this once and it was such a fun, cute bonding moment. Especially when your partner is equally as interested and happily looks for clothes for you to try. I'm sure this will come true for you someday. :3
