It's not going to happen immediately, but you could take small steps at your own pace in personal privacy, until you're satisfied with the results, or even confident enough to present it in public.

Voice.
The 'gender' of a voice often doesn't match the gender of the speaker. Cross-gender voice acting is very common. For instance, female voice actors could play teen and pre-teen boys and guys with upper-range tones, while male voice actors play elderly women or women with husky, smoker's voices. There's voice tutorials on YouTube - one term to try should be 'voice feminization', but there should be others.

Hair.
Experiment with hair style and length (or even with color), especially if your work place doesn't have any hair requirements. Hair doesn't need to be long to be read as feminine - just find a particular style that's acceptable for you. Though in general, hair styles that frame the face and add a certain, 'roundness'? tend to be read as more feminine.

Outfit color.
Pink, purple, bright colors, and pastels tend to be read more feminine, likely because current men's fashion leans towards dark, unsaturated, and monochromatic pieces. But this is just a very minor detail, and some current women's fashion focus on beige and unsaturated monochrome colors.

Makeup.
Very gender neutral - even male celebrities put on makeup - but certain colors and makeup techniques (or even just the act of using makeup) can help you feel more feminine. YouTube should have a bunch of tutorials available - not much advice here because the most I've worn is lipstick.

Outfit style.
I don't have much advice on this - I only know that feminine clothes tend to slim by the waist instead of at the hips, and that breast and hip body shapers exist. Also that shirts labeled 'for women' have much more chest room but tighter armpit sleeves. Theater and cosplay (where cross-dressing is more common) guides may have more on the matter.

Scent.
Gendered perfumes is a huge lie, but if it helps, then it helps. Women's perfumes - when they're not the heavy, cloying, night party kind - lean more light fruity-floral, airy and sweet.

I'll need to go at that voice thing for quite awhile, my voice is annoyingly low
I've tried growing it out to try something new, but my mom kept pushing me for a haircut
That works because I love those colors anyway, ESPECIALLY purple, it's my favorite color
I'd prefer someone in person teach me make-up, but tutorials are a good thing to consider
Hmm I see
I can't do the perfume one unfortunately. A; I have some breathing problems so I wouldn't want scents clustering my breathing. B; and this is more important, my mom is allergic to perfume or at least affected by it

Thanks for the tips!

That makes me think of how our perception of what is male/female fashion changes over the generations.

In many cultures generations past, men had long hair... was that because they didn't have the capability of a barber (other then to shave the head?). Was it just easier to deal by tying it back when you were out there fighting or laboring all day?
Even Asian cultures it was shameful for men to cut their hair or it was a indication of prestige to have longer hair. Look at Sumo wrestlers today, once they retire they cut their hair.

A shaved head used to be an indication you were a prisoner or defrocked or were of a religious sect or had bad louse issues. Now it is fashionable to shave the head.

Some cultures still believe a woman's long hair is her "covering". In the past women were shamed for having short hair. But some long hair looks stringy, unhealthy & some short haircuts look fantastic on people.

But shorter hair can be easier to keep up, cooler in the summer, easier to remove lice ... so did we evolve to short haircuts for practicability?

I just wish I could find a hair style that is low care, no fuss & compliments my face!

There are a few free virtual try on haistyle apps out. Might not be perfect, but it can probably get you in the ballpark.

I think about that sometimes too

I think in older days, at least in colder climates, it'd make sense for men to have long hair, as well as having facial hair, to keep warm during hunts

Which might be why men have facial hair

But idk, I haven't looked into it, that's just a possibility I've thought of

Those are some nice tips, silveryberry! Npixelz, I hope some of the tips are able to help you! I can't imagine how you're feeling on the inside, but here's to hoping that experimenting with a few things will allow you some relief. I was going to suggest maybe even wearing a feminine bracelet or something? Nothing too flashy, but if your sister has a bracelet she doesn't wear often, maybe you could ask to see it and wear it from time to time? Or even something like this.

I'm craving ice cream.

I actually have some necklaces and a cord for my wrist, but I don't wear them because I only ever go to work, and I don't want them getting wrecked
But it would be nice to wear a bracelet

Or maybe next watch I get I get one that's purple

Still craving the ability to just magically switch genders and appearance at will, but until that happens I'd also like some ice cream

There used to be a book series where a group of teen agers could transform between an animal & human form. I think it was a specific animal not just any animal, like one was a wolf, another a hawk, but I forget what it was called. I don't think I ever finished the series so don't know how it turned out.

I am craving licorice ice cream but I swear they only seem to have it in Canada.

Reminds me of Animorphs but I think Animorphs was any animal
I remember a choose your own adventure Animorphs book where I ended up choosing the path that lead to my character getting tricked into becoming a fly and then another character trapped me under a glass and left me to die

Licorice ice cream? Sounds tasty

I'm craving the aforementioned magic ability, but also something Reeses, gimme that chocolate with peanut butter filling!
