It's not going to happen immediately, but you could take small steps at your own pace in personal privacy, until you're satisfied with the results, or even confident enough to present it in public.
Voice.
The 'gender' of a voice often doesn't match the gender of the speaker. Cross-gender voice acting is very common. For instance, female voice actors could play teen and pre-teen boys and guys with upper-range tones, while male voice actors play elderly women or women with husky, smoker's voices. There's voice tutorials on YouTube - one term to try should be 'voice feminization', but there should be others.
Hair.
Experiment with hair style and length (or even with color), especially if your work place doesn't have any hair requirements. Hair doesn't need to be long to be read as feminine - just find a particular style that's acceptable for you. Though in general, hair styles that frame the face and add a certain, 'roundness'? tend to be read as more feminine.
Outfit color.
Pink, purple, bright colors, and pastels tend to be read more feminine, likely because current men's fashion leans towards dark, unsaturated, and monochromatic pieces. But this is just a very minor detail, and some current women's fashion focus on beige and unsaturated monochrome colors.
Makeup.
Very gender neutral - even male celebrities put on makeup - but certain colors and makeup techniques (or even just the act of using makeup) can help you feel more feminine. YouTube should have a bunch of tutorials available - not much advice here because the most I've worn is lipstick.
Outfit style.
I don't have much advice on this - I only know that feminine clothes tend to slim by the waist instead of at the hips, and that breast and hip body shapers exist. Also that shirts labeled 'for women' have much more chest room but tighter armpit sleeves. Theater and cosplay (where cross-dressing is more common) guides may have more on the matter.
Scent.
Gendered perfumes is a huge lie, but if it helps, then it helps. Women's perfumes - when they're not the heavy, cloying, night party kind - lean more light fruity-floral, airy and sweet.
