Tofu is actually really good, I like the texture. it's also a good vegan alternative to meats. if you're into that, lol.

Pork and chicken is less fatty and meat can be made to be eaten both cold and hot.

I feel like eating /less/ meat is possible for me. After college, I'm considering eating halal, or at least only humanely-produced meat. Like, you really don't need to binge-eat meat, the way America has a tendency of doing, and plus, that's not particularly healthy.

aha, it's all about how you wrap it up in the tortilla, if it's soft shells, which I prefer. and you pretty much put everything you'd put on a normal taco, sometimes without meat, or sometimes with a veggie meat supplement.
