My brothers and I would dump out our stash and then trade for items we liked.

lol You're missing my point. I just want to dress up and run around with a candy bag. I've never been really into eating the candy. :P

Grab someone you know, dress up and drive somewhere with lots of houses and walk up and down the streets with your candy bag. I know here we have local events, haunted houses, that you can dress up and go to. They even have costume prizes.

If you're moe into the costume bit, cosplay at conventions might appeal to you

yes! then you can dress up without being Halloween... but if you want to do it for the nostalgia of doing it on Halloween then you probably need to be resourceful.

Hocus: that sounds like it will be fun!

I think I am going with Mousy's idea of putting numbers all over myself and going as "someone you can count on", I shared the idea at work and they all thought it was a fun idea.

Lemon, that sounds pretty unique. No one else will have that outfit.

You should give them a piece of candy if they guess your costume correctly.

Yeah! You should. I'm going to a convention on Halloween weekend. I want to meet new people so I think I'm just going to toss candy at people and yell out "Hey you!".

Hocus: what kind of convention are you going to? Am not sure how people are at things being thrown at them, even if it is candy  so let me know how that goes!

Lemon: It's a furry convention. Furries aren't known for their social grace so I think it will be fine. I'm been thrown a rubber clown ducky before at this same convention two years ago.
