Unfortunately no, but you can arrange to trade/buy a pet from another user in different ways.

I've seen users arrange a trade by user A sending the pet egg in the Pound at specific time, then user B immediately adopts the pet egg at the arranged time. Then user B would send user A feathers or whatever item trades, etc. were agreed on.

Did you want to trade pets with someone? Are you looking for a commemorative/special pet egg such as:
-Beta Fish - Windlyn (dark? blue fish)
-Ursus - Minor (blue bear)
-Playtapi - Mudskipper (brown playtapi)

^those pets aren't available to purchase in the pet shop

Have you had a look at the pet shop Creutair Coille? If you hover your mouse over the "Shop" Tab you can find Creutair Coille in the pop-up list. The "Bone Appetite" shop is to buy food and soap/shampoo to take care of your pet(s).

From there, you'll see all the pets you can purchase with feathers (starting at 100 feathers).

If you want the rarer ones (these are not available in the shop), here's how you can possibly obtain them:
-Ursa - Minor (blue bear with stars on it) --> go star-fishing at the Fishing Pool (click on "Fishing"
on the "Game Room" tab)
-Playtapi - Mudskipper --> limited edition pet, you'll need to find someone who has extras of
this pet egg
-Beta Fish - Windlyn --> commemorative pet, you'll need to find someone willing to part with
their Beta Fish pet/egg for this

Pet peeve: When people sneeze in their hands and still have the audacity to shake hands with you/touch other things without cleaning their hands ew ew

Not only because of the pandemic, but that's just nasty and very unhygienic in general

Pet Peeve when playing Among Us: When I'm the Impostor and I go to vent, but when I choose a place I thought was clear of players someone sees me and runs to push an emergency meeting and I can't kill them because I'm still on cooldown. (very specific pet peeve xD)

Another pet peeve: When someone finishes your favorite food in the fridge that you were looking forward to eating later

Pet Peeve: When a PC game is playable on the lowest graphic settings, but starts lagging when there's more than four enemies on screen.
Or, alternatively: When you're playing a game but the camera tracking sucks and starts spinning around when your character runs into a wall.
