ya, there were a couple I wouldn't try ...even the zucchini but the pictures on the others distracted me from those few "healthier" choices

I once tried to make "Tom Yam Soup in-a-mug" but it turned out looking like the nailed it cake-in-a-mug and resulted in a very messy microwave. So I won't try to make the cake-in-a-mug but thanks for the inspiration!

Although it seems like baking anything in a microwave should never yield good results, I keep seeing recipes like this, and they tempt me because they look so easy compared to actual baking. I'll have to try this out sometime!
