I went to a bridge called the big 4 and there was this chiming music, like an ice cream truck but it's not the same tune, in the distance. It was creepy...

Yep, all kinds of whistling!
Also, during the hungry ghost festival, using an umbrella will invite ghosts to stay underneath. That's why we'll leave the umbrellas outside of the house, fully opened for them to chill.
Opening umbrellas inside of a house is considered unlucky as well.

I could see the whistling thing originate from having unsafe streets, and whistling in the dark gives away your position to muggers or murderers.

What if I want a ghost to come hang out with me under mg umbrella? :o

And what is the hungry ghost festival? it either sounds adorable or completely terrifying!

Hungry ghost sounds scary unless it's Yo-Kai Watch style
Then it'd somehow be very adorable in the process

Pfft. 7th month of the lunar calendar, 15th day is Hungry Ghost Festival. Essentially.. this is the day that malevolent spirits and ghosts are the most active. Well, not always malevolent, but definitely restless/bored and ready to cook up some mischief. :P

It's also said that dangerous accidents have a much higher percentage of occurring during this day. It's why we burn fake money/other etc activities to appease them.

Fact: Wanna talk about Neptune? A lot of talk about Mars and Earth (of course) Neptune's time! Neptune has 14 known moons. The largest of these moons is Titan – a frozen world which spits out particles of nitrogen ice and dust from below its surface. It is believed that Titan was caught by the immense gravitational pull of Neptune and is regarded as one of the coldest worlds in our solar system. Yet, it doesn't beat Pluto in that range. Could you imagine living on a planet that is -353*F?

Triton, one of the moons of Neptune is one of the first discovered moons. It was discovered in 1846! Such a long time ago.
There is a recent discovered one as well in 2013. Called S/2004 N 1.... weird... I wish they name it more like a name than some scientific number or whatever it is.

Most of the moons were discovered in 1989 or 2002. I'm curious to if they were formed since 1846 to now.

I read that as triton was the first moon discovered and was like wouldn't earths moon be discovered first??

It is ok now lol.
Maybe the new moon's name is in leet? shooani.
Did wherever you got your information say anything about the size of each moon? Maybe our technology has gotten better and we can see smaller moons now, or maybe neptune is so strong it pulled the passing asteroids in?

I got really confused lol. First moon of Neptune. Sorry for the confusion, I seen where you got that.

The names of the moon was straight from google. Like I didn't click a link.

Size Chart

Triton is the largest moon according to the article (click the size chart). I'm confused on why it lists 13 not 14.

-googling-

This is probably a more in the times here.
