Looks like only a portion of the country will line up with the moon's umbra for a solar eclipse from now until 2045.

I will make myself travel to the next solar eclipse's best location.

Yesterday was a let down for me.....

In the area I work, it only got so dark as if it were a pretty cloudy day. Not dark enough for headlights or nothing.

It only felt weird because a busy part of town was just about dead.

I wasn't able to go out and see it yesterday but it was only a partial eclipse here. I'm way off the path of the next solar eclipse.
