yeah true ;v; we probably wont do much though, christmas has sort of become a 'blah' kind of holiday for my immediate family ;;v

I find as everyone grows and no little ones are added that it loses the excitement somewhat.

but yeah im the youngest in my family and im 16 so the wonder of everything sort of died out ;v; i still get excited!!!! its just, very short lived

well, at least you still have some excitement, maybe you can be contagious! I still love the Christmas lights - we were out driving the other day and people have started decorating their houses and yards and that was exciting to see.

yeah i love the people that go all out and decorate their houses ;v; it used to be a tradition that near christmas and all we would all go out to look at houses, and when we'd come back 'santa' came and we got to open all our presents ;;v we still sometimes do stuff like that, cause its nice to still have that good memory from the past relived in some way

We're only doing something this year cuz my sister's hubby's step dad is likely on his last Xmas season and my sister decided to not do anything so mom and my brother agreed and she got mad cuz no one argued with her
So now we gotta get presents for everyone
Mom's done, tho I occasionally make more
Working on brother's gf's present
Their kid's still up in the air cuz nintendo really underestimated demand
Dunno about sister's kid, prolly gonna assemble the blocks or tag onto whatever mom gets the kid

ohh my gosh, christmas! The radio stations in our area have already started playing christmas music and hearing mariah carey's 1994 single makes my day. Normally my family & family-friends would get together and we'd celebrate christmas by going to midnight mass and then coming back to someone's house to eat and open a couple presents. This year though, we won't be decorating much since we'll be on a cruise ship on christmas and new year's day :0

oh my gosh a cruise sound so fun! And they should have the ship decorated i would imagine plus should have fun holiday events- never mind the delicious foods ( and desserts!) nice.

See, all this talk is wanting to get me ready for Christmas!
