My boyfriend's younger sister is having her birthday party today and they got her a very pretty tiered cake (small and cute!) with macarons decorating the sides. He sent me pictures and now I wanna bake macarons, ugh.

They are crunchy but also kind of gooey! Sweet and delicious! The filling is what usually gives its flavor.

Do you eat your porridge plain, with syrup/honey, and/or with toppings like fruits or granola?

I grew up eating porridge and oatmeal with condensed milk (it's how my mom would eat it and I'd kinda copy her), but it wasn't til I got to uni that friends introduced me to a whole plethora of other toppings to put on porridge xD

I knew one person who ate her porridge like one would congee: with hot chili oil and a century egg

I eat it with cinnamon, brown sugar, and raisins. The milk is just plain old milk

Ah yes, 10 ml of coffee with a shettons of water (serve in both cold and hot, but personally prefers hot idk why the taste is better when hot)
