The dehydrated fruit bits in cereal add so much flavor to the milk.

I wonder if it's possible to buy them separately and then just. Add them to the regular variety.

Yes it's possible to purchase different types of dehydrated fruits in packages too

There are usually strawberries and kiwis

I haven't either, but the closest I think I've ever had was astronaut ice-cream. I think it was freeze dried via LN, but I may be wrong. It was like ice-cream flavored water soluble styrofoam. Can't say it was good, but it was interesting to try.

Nice nice!
I see packages of dried fruit in baking stores, tho I never had any idea what to use it for other than snacking on them or adding them to a tea blend lmao

Liquid nitrogen-made stuff sounds neat and convenient - faster rate of cooling makes for smaller ice particles, so I'm assuming LN-made ice cream would be heavenly creamy. It can be dangerous af tho if the food isn't prepared properly - swallowing LN is a terrible idea.

It's really interesting how food textures influence your perception of food when the taste is the same. Color probably has an effect too. ;)

The LN was gone and it was room temperature. I think the LN caused the water to vaporize and what's left bonds together somehow to give it the crackly form/texture. Yes, it was creamy, but sticky honey-ish texture wise. It's weird and not something I'd go looking for o eat again (a novelty rather than tasty).

I recall seeing something like deep fried water once IIRC. Talk about weird and dangerous!

sometimes I can mix different left overs into a meal ... like into a soup or stew ... and it comes out delicious ... and there are times somethings shouldn't be mixed together.
